very good doctor one of a kind hard to find now days

Dr. Broceker is more than a doctor to me. I trust her with everything. I've talked to her about everything medical and personal. She has always made me feel comfortable. At one point before a surgery my husband was at one of my appointments and we talked and ask questions and it was time for my exam. My husband would have stepped out but Dr.Broceker made him feel so comfortable he stay.She has always took her time with me and I don't like a yearly like most women. But it is the only Dr. I've ever had that has made me feel comfortable about everything. And you could not ask for a better staff. I give them a A+. I'm a 50 year old woman that's had a lot of different issue. From a prolapse's stress,hot flashes and keeping close eye on breast lumps. She will not hesitate to send you on to a specialist either. I completely trust her. So if you don't trust your Dr. Move on. Because it really counts in my book..

I accompanied by adult daughter on a visit to Dr. Broecker's office and was with her when she received the very sad news that the baby's heart was no longer beating. This would have been much worse had Dr. Brocker not been so sensitive and kind in the way she handed the situation. We were deeply impressed, even comforted. I have since become her patient myself, and have been very pleased for the past 5+ years that I have been in her care. We have found her to be cautious, straight-forward and professional in every encounter. I have been entirely comfortable to recommend her to a number of friends, and virtually all of them have been thrilled with her. I recommend her without any reservation whatsoever.

I took my 15 year old daughter in to see Dr. Broecker for counsel regarding medication she was using for her endometriosis symptoms. This was a first-time visit, as Dr. Broecker is a ped. gyn and was referred to by the regular pediatrician. After discussing possible alternatives to what my daughter is currently taking, and possible strategies for handling the endometriosis, Dr. Boecker then mentioned that she would speak to me privately, and then my daughter privately. I politely stated that we preferred to stay together. She informed me that teenagers were in a "different class," and that she needed a private session with my daughter. I was a bit taken back by this statement, and I explained that I was definitely not in agreement with the current trend of parents being separated from their children (especially when I'm paying the bill!) and insisted that we stay together. She retorted rather sharply with, "Is this a deal-breaker?" At this point in the interview, I was feeling very… uncomfortable with the aggressive insistence on the part of Dr. Boecker, and I asked, "What does that mean?" (I didn't realize we had "a deal") Then I replied, "Yes, it is. " And my daughter and I walked out. My daughter later told me that her parting eye contact with Dr. Broeker made her feel very uncomfortable, with the doctor seeming to communicate a concerned expression to my daughter for her, and negatively about my behavior. I have a REAL problem with any adult, who I just met less than 15 minutes ago, insisting upon having a "private" conversation with my child. I have an even bigger problem when they seem to communicate to my child that she should disregard/disrespect her parent. The whole experience was very creepy and upsetting! We won't be returning!
