Dr. Jane Audrey Brown, MD

We had today for an appointment with dr Brown. It was a terrible!!!!! She was so rude to us. My daughter always complaining about this doctor and we didn’t believe her, unfortunately. Today I decided to stay with my daughter and saw and understand, why she doesn’t like to come to this “doctor “. You need to work with the staff and tell how they need to talk with the patients.

Dr. Brown lacks bedside manner and due to her dismissive attitude, missed the diagnosis for my child. After a rushed physical exam, where she did not even attempt to engage with the child, she shot down my questions with an abrupt “no” without any explanation (to me, a physician parent) and walked out. A terrible experience.

Dr. Brown repeatedly dismissed my concerns about my child for years. During our appointments she would interrupt me while not attending to other paperwork, as if not listening at all. Both my teenage child and I felt unheard. I even made an appt. with her for myself to try to improve relations, and that did not help. She is good for routine things, but with issues that are complex, she lacks sensitivity and respect, and ultimately, a diagnosis and the well-being of a child.

I have been going to Dr. Brown for over 25 years and 2 kids. Really listens well and great personality.

Excellent provider. Intelligent, courteous, great with children.

I might be OK to be an arrogant Doctor if you are really good. But she is not good, her knowledge is limited and outdated.

If a newborn is healthy and happy, a little bit jaundice in the upper body does not require a blood test. Either Dr. Brown does not know this and relies all her decisions on blood test, or she just wants to make some extra money for the clinic by doing additional tests. As a parent, it hurts us to draw blood from our new born babies. Dr. Brown, do you think you know better than many other doctors? Show me a medical textbook that says blood test is required in our case!!!!!!!!!!

Every single time for my office visit, I had to wait for at least an hour to actually see the doctor. But docotor only talks to you for just a few minutes. This doctor clearly overbooks her patients.
