Was very pleased with staff, excellent care from Angela Naples., Between the time of first appt and to finally see Dr. Hicks it was very stressful.?I had to get my bp under control, which I never had. Dr. Harris totally ignored Angel Naple’s recommendations, and went for more cosmetic methods. With continuous uti’s , I did not have that luxury. In getting bp under control and getting my esophagus stretched so i could take pills she was going to prescribe….. I ended up with uti , kidney infection and Sepsis . Ended up with pnemonia . I was in hospital for 5 days to recover and heal. I had to redo Dr Hicks orders for urodynamic testing twice. First tech was just learning and info was not noted in computer. Very detailed uro testing . 2x testing was stressful in every sense . I now have to redo all this with someone else and worry every day if i get another UTI . I did express my urgency of surgery needed from day 1.

I love Dr. Janet Harris-Hicks. I had surgery under her November 2nd. Her and here team took very good care of me. They made me and my fiance feel so secure. I was taken care of. Kudos goes out to everyone. I Really enjoyed my visit. Thank you everyone.

That lady has the heart of a saint. Very truthful and honest. Spends time with her patients.

Dr Harris-Hicks is hands down the best physician I have ever seen. I brought my daughter to her after seeing 3 different specialists. None of them were even half as thorough nor could they offer a reasonable option for treatment. Dr Harris-Hicks was very very thorough, caring, and competent. Her solution has improved my daughters health tremendously. I highly recommend her if you are looking for a caring physician.

Dr. Harris-Hicks and her staff make you feel very comfortable. She has a passion for her profession. You couldn't ask for a better doctor.

Best compassionate Dr had rectecele/enterocele for years was suffering found Dr Hicks wish I had found her sooner Great bedside manner stayed one night she was there next morning explaining what she had done love her will recommend her anytime

I have been to this doctor a few times and have not been pleased. First off, my appointment was rescheduled 5 times before I even got to see her; her staff would call me apologizing repeatedly because they were going to have to reschedule my appointment again due to her meetings, conferences, etc. Then when I FINALLY got an appointment that stuck she told me I needed surgery on my first visit and then pushed it to try to get me to have the surgery. I sat in the waiting room for what felt like forever, finally get taken back only to find out that I have to wait another 45 minutes before she even comes in. Her staff, on the other hand, is a great group of people. They know how to make you smile when your feeling down and I did always like talking to them and hearing them have friendly banter. It's a shame that such a great staff is wasted on a not so great doctor. I gave it a 2 only because of the staff...If I could give the doctor a -2 I would.

I seen this Dr. for apx 7 months and have been very disatisfied. I have waited in her exam room for over an hour at times. her medical equipment is defective. and she dont care if you are in pain. I had 3 surgeries and she didnt want to take me out of work. and I am now seeing another Dr. to fix what she messed up. I have to have more surgies to correct the damage she done to me.so do your home work. I wouldnt take my dog to her now.

treats you as though your her only patient spends quality time with patient diagnosis well and bed side manner is excellent. makes you feel very comfortable. great lady and md

Took a lot of time with me and made me feel very comfortable. I'm changing to her after going to the same Dr for 20 years.
