Horrible staff. Rude, unhelpful and insensitive. Uncaring and rude even if you have an emergency.

Dr. Ko is very caring, patient and pleasant. She does her job with an visible passion.

I saw Dr. Ko when I was an undergraduate student and she was working at a center in Cheltenham. She is very competent and smart, and knows how to explain things in layman terms. Even more important to me, is her genuine passion for her job and the patients she serves. I have moved around the past few years and have not found another gynecologist like her, so I am going to deal with the 45min-1hr commute just to see her.

Dr Ko has been my Dr for a few years and delivered my son. Always spent lots of time with me and has an excellent bedside manner. I really love going to her. My only complaint would be ease of getting in touch her (as opposed to a nurse) to speak to with any questions. Called and asked for a call back during late pregnancy and never received a call :-(

I missed my initial appointment and the staff scheduled me an appointment within three days. I was nervous and from the moment I met Dr. Janet Ko and she entered the room I felt I was being treated with caring respect. She was swift and efficient and performed an additional procedure on me during my first visit that I hadn't even spoken to her about previously. I felt she was knowlegable and caring.
