Doctor Lai Janet MD is truly an amazing doctor. Although she is not my personal doctor, she has cared for my parents for over 20 years, and I and my brother are incredibly grateful for her. She is not only knowledgeable and highly skilled, but also deeply caring, kind, and patient. Seeing the way she takes care of my dad and now my mom is so touching—it honestly brings me to tears. I have met many good doctors, and even some great ones, but she is truly the best of the best. No matter how busy she is, she always makes time to see or talk to them. She consistently looks for the best treatment options and always follows up to make sure they are doing well. Her professionalism, compassion, and dedication truly stand out. There are no words that can fully describe her kindness. It means so much to me to know that my parents are in such good hands. Smiling she entered the room I was in and she started to question me as to why I was there. Her soft manner put me at ease immediately and she mentioned another way to avoid a colonoscopy since I will be 83 soon.
