If you are seeing Janet Smith NP psychiatrist please do yourself a favor and look for someone else. She is not only arrogant, dismissive and rude she gives wrong medications and doses. She forgets to send prescriptions to the pharmacy on Friday evening after multiple reminders, so you are left without medication on the weekend and have to go to the ER. She did this not one or 2 times but 3 times. And she does this to mental health patients who are in such a delicate condition as it is. The amount of stress she gave me when my son was her patient was enough to give me high blood pressure on top of everything else. When I complained to the clinic their reply was unbelievable. The manager at her other clinic said, “Janet is handling 200 patients so it is difficult to pay attention to all patients.” Really, if she is having difficulty handling so many patients is it the patient’s fault? She does NOT care for her patients.
