This office is very unprofessional and reminds me of a vets officeoffice, very old looking and non welcoming...only one nurse is professional and speaks English and she is leaving the practice so I will be switching providers. They also filed our insurance wrong so they could collect more money and we ended up having to fight paying a copay as it was preventative and they tried to say it was an office visit because we spoke about breastfeeding. They are my child's doctor! Of course we would talk about these things. Very rushed during visit also. They didn't have diapers or wipes, even though she is a CHILDREN'S doctor, so make sure you have yours packed!

If you are looking for quality care, true expert advice and educated recommendations, this is not the office/pediatrician for you. I went with lots of questions and too often answered them myself at home with the help of books, friends and my gut. Needless to say I switched before things got worse with my child. I was rushed in the office, never felt comfortable and didn't feel as if I was taken seriously. Negative feelings only increased with each apt. There was a positive the nurse was very good, caring and compassionate and seemed to listen. If you want to diagnose your own child and not get calls returned in a timely manner, and be left to make all your own decisions go for it. As a mother there is enough stresses with any age child, in good health or not a pediatrician should never add to them.
