Dr. Janice Lee Arnold, MD

This was my first visit with Dr. Arnold and I couldn't be happier. She spent over an hour with me going over why I was there and what she could do to help. She explained everything she was saying and doing during the exam. Her office staff was wonderful as well. I am looking forward to seeing her again in 2 months.

Long wait time in her lobby, filthy bathroom, unnecessary tests, disorganized and couldn't even refer to her own notes about me in the chart. I was fairly certain I had a kidney stone, after I completed all of her tests, she still hadn't checked me for a stone. She recommended surgery and a hysterectomy. By then I was leery and asked for my test results so I could get a second opinion. Her reaction to that was unprofessional and alarming. I did nothing and all the symptoms went away. I think she didn't check me for a stone because she wouldn't have made the money on all the useless tests.

I've been a patient of Dr. Arnold for over 20 years. She's the only urologist that I have seen, many since 1972, that correctly diagnosed my issues and has successfully treated them. In addition, her wonderful warm and comforting personality, allayed my urology phobia which was very intense!!! I love her!!! She is the Best!!!

Dr Arnold is experienced, thoughtful, skilled, and thorough. She makes me very comfortable that I am in good hands, and that she more than any other urologist will detect problems before they become critical. Her “bedside manner” is excellent; very approachable and relatable, and she keeps up with the latest technology. This is a very smart woman in whom I have great trust.

She is rude, cold and disorganized. She does not remember anything about your case and often relies on her staff for assistance in reviewing your case. The wait time is horrible. The staff was kind and tried to move things along, but Dr. Arnold was always on a call or out of the office. Her bedside manner is horrible. I do not recommend her. She treats each patient like a paycheck rather than treating them for their symptoms.

Dr Arnold is prorfessional, knowledgable, caring, and a great doctor

For me, she is a Godsend. She knows her business, asking probing questions to get a full picture of things. She set out a plan to address my elevated prostate PSA issue. She is the best!!!

Horrible bedside manner, had me waiting for hours, barely spent any time with me in the room

I have been seeing Dr Arnold since Sept 2011 with very difficult urinsry symptoms. She was very patient with me and guided me to some procedures. Because I have a chronic disease that affectts anything else I get, it's been very frustrating but Dr Arnold has been by my side through out. She's great..

Dr. Arnold is a very skilled doctor and tenacious in figuring out a difficult diagnosis. I don't mind the occasional wait for my appointment because I know she's taking the time to pay close attention to each patient. She listens well and takes the time to provide clear explanations. I've been a patient for about 15 years.
