Janice Stelljes Naumann

I have been a patient if Dr.Naumann for over 15 years. Not only is she knowledgeable but she has compassion for her patients.

Dr. Naumann preformed a Labiaplastay on me a year ago. My labia were causing me physical discomfort along with a great deal of emotional distress. She completely cut off part of my labia and it is still long in other parts. I have to see a reconstructive surgeon to fix what she did and it is going to cost thousands of dollars. I am now dealing with more emotional distress than I was before having surgery. She is the absolute worst doctor I’ve been to and I would not recommend her to anyone.

I had a labiaplastay done by Dr. Naumann and the results were horrific. I have suffered physically and emotionally from having elongated labia. She did not know what she was doing because she has not performed many of these surgeries. I was not informed about her lack of experience prior to undergoing the knife as she made it seem like she knew what she was doing which is extremely manipulative. I have seen a reconstructive surgeon who confirmed that my results were botched and that I will need to undergo a revision which will end up costing me thousands of dollars. A simple outpatient surgery meant to improve physical discomfort and my mental well being is now a year long process in order to get it fixed. If you are considering getting this surgery done, DO NOT see her. My surgery was covered by insurance but I wish I’d gone to a plastic surgeon although I would have had to pay. I would never trust her to even touch me again as I am now suffering more than I did before. She is the… worst doctor I have seen in my life.

She was clearly not prepared for my visit. Had not looked at my medical record until she walked in the office to meet with me. The office was dirty. There was a layer of dust on her desk which made me wonder what else they didn't clean. The staff wasn't attentive even though they were not busy at all.

I've been very impressed with the care and concern of Dr Naumann.

Dr. Nauman is a very caring and patience Doctor. She is more than excellent.
