Dr. Janice Soliven, MD

I recently moved to Stafford from Naples, Florida having been effected by hurricane Irma. I went on the marketplace to get coverage and the only plans they had were threw Cigna-Connect with that said the only primary care physcians are in Pratt. Dr.Soliven in my professional and personal evaluation does not have any idea what so ever she is doing. She knew nothing about common ailments I face and was unwilling to do continium of care for me. All my issues have been handled always by a Family Physcian with no problems. I leave the office with no refills on my medications and a stack of refferals to see specialists.I had all my medical records both hard copy and on cd-rom per any imaging studies. I have a vote of no confidence in this Doctor if you are stuck with Cigna-Connect I feel sorry for you because Pratt does not have you best interists in heart. I found another physcian that I am paying for out of pocket that actually was willing to get down to business and treat my chronic… health conditions. The other Dr in the office Yolanda Reid is just as bad and uncarinig I gave this practice several chances but no thank you. My advice is pick the Kaiser plan or pay out of pocket if you want to continue towards a journey of complication free managed health care.
