Dr. Janice Marie Wiggins, MD

Very caring and professional doctor!!

I have been seen by Dr Wiggins several times and have always received great service and great advice due to my health. She shows compassionate about your health.

Dr Wiggins is,an excellent dr, but the office staff is deplorable, messed up appts on a regular basis.

The problem is in trying to communicate with her in between visits Problems getting refills or answers to questions called into the nurses line. You always wait at least 24 hours before you talk to a live person. Even the appt line is a recording.

Please, for the sake of your health, seek help elsewhere! I could write a lot about the horrible experiences with "Dr." Wiggins, but I won't waste that much of my time, since I've invested WAY too much time with her already. Just let me say that a misdiagnosis, poor communication, and an inability to care at all for her patient (me) can only mean that she is just as lacking with other patients. I'm moving on to a new primary care physician. The hardest thing for me to understand is why Palmetto Health Parkridge is not protecting other patients from her, since the manager of the facility knows full well what I went through because of Janice Wiggins.
