Dr. Pardo clearly cares about her patients. I am consistently impressed by how quickly she reviews lab work and how clear her explanations and instructions are. I also absolutely LOVE that she thinks beyond traditional evidence-based medicine to consider how vitamins, minerals, supplements, and relatively lifestyle changes can improve my health and quality of life

Dr Pardo is terrific. She is organized, patient , well versed and educated and has a good bedside manner. I especially appreciate the fact that she is open to exploring the root causes of various issues instead of jumping immediately to prescribing a drug.

Nice doctor who seemed very knowledgeable but communication in the practice where she was the director was horrible. Two years in a row my annual appointment was canceled without anyone telling me. There is a patient portal and no notes were sent that way either. I also called for an emergency last month and “doctor on call” never called back. I will find a new doctor?? and have to delay my physical. When someone takes off work to see you there is no excuse especially with texts, emails, and portals not to be sure you and/or office staff communicate better.

This practice is all about money and nothing about caring for the patient. Billing comes first. Blood lab demanded payment at the time of the blood draw. Never had that happen before. PA insisted on making a second appointment to discuss what should have been discussed at appointment #1. Never looked up from her laptop. Just fired questions and typed. Never looked at patient. Run away as fast as you can before they empty your pocketbook.

Stay away unless you want to pay for unnecessary tests. My annual preventative visit has cost me $900 out of pocket thus far and I have top shelf/low deductible insurance. I've never experienced this with a doctor before.

Just had my first new patient visit with Dr. Pardo, and was completely impressed. I had several issues I was concerned about, and she addressed each one. Her suggestions were great and it feels like we are a team working to get to the bottom of my problems. Glad I found her!

Interested to see other “poor” comments, as Janine Pardo just told me I was the ONLY ONE who had ever had a “complaint”. I called WITH a pharmacist after repeated issues with ONE regular re-fill looking to see how we could help - so not to have a problem every month. BIG mistake. J. Pardo called me back only to defend herself, (we only asked how to help moving forward). She said the pharmacist and I were “wrong” and the issue we called about never happened. She dropped the call since she was calling from a cell phone - but did call me back. That was only to continue the barrage tellimg me she looked into prescribing habits of specialists I see for a prior cancer dx. She said she wanted to update her files.... from a cell phone. I asked her why she was speaking to me this way when all I did was ask how I could help streamline a monthly “snag” that been occurring. She said she had never had this “complaint” before and maybe her practice was not a good fit for me. I relayed the response… to the pharmacist who was appalled at her response, and encouraged me to provide feedback for others to see. I’ve never writen a review of a health care provider - as I have a profound respect for their work. But I can not believe the way in which I was just treated/spoken to.

Dr. Pardo is quite possibly the best PCP in the Boston area, and I am not over-exaggerating when I say this. The type of care that she provides to each and every patient is what you might expect from an expensive concierge practice- even then, she might be above the "standard of care" at those offices. Dr. Pardo's passion is truly diving into all aspects of your health- mental, physical, emotional- to make you well, rather than just making you "not sick". She is willing to explain and discuss treatment options, and has so much respect for a patient's autonomy and control of their medical care. Finding Dr. Pardo is certainly the best thing I ever did for my health.
