This office is awesome. Staff is so friendly and helpful. Very clean office space. I went for a root canal, which is no fun, but had one of the best experiences. The dentist, Jarad, was so friendly and talked through the whole process, explaining what he was doing and how long it would take for each step. This helped with my anxiety towards dental work. He is also very knowledgeable and caring about my dental health. When he discovered i needed another root canal on the next tooth he took care of that one as well instead of making me schedrule a second appointment. I was very happy with my experience here! up front. $550 on my credit card, Insurance did not cover any thing Because he premier out of network provider. Nurse just had back surgery on disability.Wanted to make payments until I can get back to work. The office person say no and sent me to collections . Making my situation worst. Unexpected root canals you should pick another office that would be willing to work with you. These people are not.

I have never written unfavorable reviews, but this was not a good experience for me, and I hope to spare others. The office was disorganized. The office manager mistook me for another patient. During my root canal, the tip broke off and hit me in the lip. Despite the numbing medication, it hurt a lot and bled A LOT. They never asked to see me for a follow up visit.

Anyone with even half a brain would recognize the fact that this guy is stellar and his staff is too!! He is extremely bright and, at the same time, has bedside manner. He is a true professional. His staff is also warm, skilled and efficient. Dr. Fortman took extra time to answer my questions; and, he spontaneously (in a gentle comforting voice) explained exactly what he was doing each step of the way. His receptionist was a complete doll - she was empathetic from start to finish! She contacted my insurance for me and had all her "ducks in a row." Due to some past unsatisfactory experiences in life (and reading a few negative reviews), I contacted my insurance on my own... and everything she told me matched what I had been told! His assistant was also warm and a truly conscientious professional! These days people like this are extremely hard to find. I really appreciated their professionalism, especially at a time when I was I was in pain, and feeling vulnerable and anxious.… I would recommend them to my family and best friends. I loved my dentist; however, I love her even more for referring me to this guy! Much respect and appreciation!! Thank you, Dr. T
