Dr. Jared Lee Dayton

My brother is dying in a hospital right now because of you Dr Dayton. Because of your judgments and your stereotypes. I hate you. I’ve left reviews with you before with the horrible care you gave and you did the same thing to my brother. I can’t believe you’re even in practice. Well, maybe now my family will believe me you are such a horrible doctor you don’t care about anyone or anything. I’m sure you sleep great at night. Please, anyone, if you guys are considering going to the doctor, don’t. Unless you’re blonde hair blue-eyed and look OK, don’t go to him. He doesn’t help. His staff is unprofessional. His nurse I believe used to be a man. Her name is Janine. Stay away from it.

When I request a physician to be my healthcare provider, I expect to have an appointment with that physician, not a PA or NA. If the physician stops seeing his or her patients, he or she shouldn't be acknowledged or paid for their services. A great physician is allways there for their patients.

A couple of months ago my daughter was seen for a wellness check. During her appointment, she was asked if she has any other concerns. So she proceeds to explain she would have headaches here and there. Never once was she told that she would NOW BE CHARGED an office visit and was no longer eligible for a wellness check. She was charged for the initial visit, which she wouldn't have been charged for the wellness check that she was there for. Once the bill was mailed, I spoke with the OLD office manager who stated she understood the situation and would waive the fee. The fee never got waived and since then there was a change in office managers. Once again I spoke to the NEW office manager. She reported there was no documentation made from the OLD manger that stated the refund. Which I felt was not my problem, I was told it would get refunded. She also proceeds to inform me that NO MANAGER can waive doctor fees. Again, not my problem when I was told it was going to be done. I will say at… this point I had become very upset. The office manager did nothing to help the situation, she was very impolite, uncivil, crude, and unprofessional and began threatening me with "her lawyers". I do not know the doctor personally and can not say anything bad about him/her. But the office staff (OFFICE MANAGER) has no compassion or consideration for their patients. What happened to customer service? One thing I can say is there is none at Dayton Family Medicine. I do not recommend being seen at this office. Dayton Family Medicine may want to reconsider the HIRE of their Office Manager Kim before they lose more patients.

Dr. Jared Dayton and his providers have always been friendly and caring. I never feel rushed through my appointments and the provider is always sure to ask if I have any questions before the appointment is over. The front office staff is not very friendly and doesn't seem to enjoy interacting with patients, I overlook this because I like the providers here. As a medical professional myself I appreciate that the wait times are short and the providers spend time with their patients.

Caring staff and Doctors.

I have been with Dayton Family Medicine for several years now and I am very satisfied with all the staff there.

I have visited 20+ doctors offices over many decades. I have never had a better experience than with Dr. Dayton and his staff. Dr. Dayton is willing to spend whatever time is needed to understand your medical issue. He is a patient, thoughtful listener who never rushes the visit. Michelle Thomas has provided me with equally excellent care too. I have seen the doctor or his medical staff within 5 minutes of the appointment time, sometimes a few minutes before the scheduled time. The staff is friendly and professional. I highly recommend them.

Front office staff is so rude and disrespectful. Especially the office manager Kim she doesn't care about the patient at all.
