Dr. Jared Phillip Tadje, MD

This review is not about Dr. Tadje--it's about the office manager Nicole. I emailed my recent MRI to the office manager Nicole after a short phone conversation recently. I thought she was consulting Dr. Tadje, but instead she went to her PAs, who suggested that I get more physical therapy and/or cortisone shots for worsening tendinopathy and a partial tear involving my right medius. I was shocked she didn't consult the doctor, and then offered her own medical advice that nothing could be done to repair a partial tendon tear. Since then, I have found a wonderful doctor that can repair my tendon, and everything she told be turned out to be false. How can an office manager give out professional medical advice? I then sent her an email stating that a partial tear that is getting worse and extremely painful could be repaired. She called me immediately and began yelling about how she had taken the time to help me. I told her I thought she would consult with the doctor about my MRI results.… What gave her the authority to give me medical advice on the phone. I asked to make an appointment and she said no. What a horrible office manager. Any doctor would have fired her immediately for offering medical advice over the phone.

Excellent and forthright diagnosis of the issue, as always. Never felt rushed as the patient, which is rare these days. Longer story shorter, you did good and, despite the problems of old age, I appreciated the experience.

Dr. Jared Tadje is an excellent physician. He treated my mother when she fell and broke her ankle. She is in her 80s and Dr. Tadje performed surgery on her ankle. She recovered quickly and is still in good health today. Thank you Dr. Tadje. We appreciate your kindness and compassion.

We were referred to Tadje Orthopedics by the hospital for my daughters broken arm. I'm always nervous when it involves one of my kids. The staff, from the front desk to meeting with Dr. Tadje was amazing. They were cautious and was sure to x-ray with each visit to be sure the breaks were healing. Overall a great experience. I would definitely refer them to others.

Love dr tadje, and had a nice experince with his np last week. They take great care of big babies like me.

The culture and caring at this office is evident in how care is delivered. Everyone on staff is kind, smart and pleasant. I never feel rushed, questions are answered thoroughly and treatment plans are given ample time to reflect and move forward.

I recently broke my hip at home and was taken by ambulance to St. Lukes hospital in Boise. Luckily for me, Dr. Tadje was at the hospital also. Because I was given pain medication in the ambulance and after I arrived at the hospital, he was kind and slowly explained what he would do during my surgery and he answered my questions in a way that I could understand. After my surgery he came back to my hospital room check on me and to see if I had any questions. Since my surgery I've been to his office twice for rechecks. His entire staff, from the front desk, to the nurses and the x-ray technician were kind and helpful. Thank you to Dr Tadje and the staff in his office for your patience and kindness.

My daughter broke her arm riding her scooter ?? Dr.Tadje and staff were so nice and accommodating! They made sure to explain everything that was happening. The office was nice and clean and we felt comfortable there didn't feel like we were being a burden! Thank You Dr. Tadje and staff!!!

Dr. Tadje was awesome! He was my surgeon that repaired my ankle dislocation and leg fracture. I was impressed with his staff and how efficient they all were. I would highly recommend Dr. Tadje.
