Dr. Mendez is a great person in general but this last experience I had with him was the worst. He delivered my son and broke my sons shoulder and didn't notice anything till right before we were being discharged the discharge nurse is the one who noticed he wasn't able to lift his arm. Dr. Mendez has been doing this for a very long time and I think its now more about the money and amount of patients he gets than actual care and well being of the patient. Before he would actually take the time to hear out your concerns and genuinely cared about you as a patient now its more like I was just a number. His staff is the worst I've ever seen. I don't think any of them like their job, they are very rude and billing department can't even bill or appeal right. 10yrs ago I would have given him 5 stars now he's lucky I even give him one.

I am having a terrible woman problem and I have to wait like almost 3 1/2 weeks to see DR. Mendez I told the appt secretary my problem. I guess nobody cares. She didn't show sympathy at all!!!

RUDE receptionists.. called for appointment, was NEVER told doctor wouldn't be in nor his lab tech only practitioner. WASTE of time. With receptionists like that, why bother to even see the doctor. Very, very, VERY unpleasant. Sit down, any educated receptionist would've been completely different about the situation. Rant over.

Dr. Mendez is a good Dr. The staff other wise not so friendly. Never smiled at me. The ultrasounds were not a good experience. Never was I ask if we had any questions. Never read my chart. I was in and outvoted that office really quick. I was prescribed something but I never picked it up because they never said what for. Dr. Was ok but the staff made my visits misserable
