Dr. Jaroslaw Dzwinyk, DO

A while back I wrote a couple of negative reviews entitled 'Not a Good Experience' and 'Dr Dzwinik Operated on Both of My Knees.' I'd like to take both of them back. I was angry because my knee surgery didn't come out exactly as I had wanted. But that was unfair since the surgery was good. Initially my arthritis was so bad that I expected perfection. Again, that was unfair. Dr. Dzwinik has also gone out of his way to help me. Indeed, he's a superior doctor. I have one suggestion: Next time you see a one star by a physician's name, take it with a grain of salt, especially if it's açcompanied by a slew of four and five stars. Chances are it was written by a disgruntled patient. I apologise for misleading anyone.

In 2018 Dr. Dzwinyk performed knee surgery on my left leg. However, he left my leg bowed. That's right -- he did nothing to correct my leg deformity.

I had a total knee replacement about three years ago. It was a good job. Then just last year he performed one on my other knee. It was the most horrible work imaginable. He left my leg misaligned. It looks funny. He's either incompetent or he did it on purpose. I can't read his mind. But if you see Dr. Dzwinyk, you're doing so at your own risk.

First of all. This guy has no clue about ANYTHING sports medicine even though it is apparently one of his "specialties." He might work well with like 90 year olds tbh because that's all I saw in his office. He saw my MRI and completely dismissed the fact that I had a laberal tear and told me I shouldn't be in pain and I have a "full range of motion" despite not being able to walk properly or lift my leg for months. He told me my injury couldn't have possibly happened even though he had the MRI! A twisting motion is THE MOST COMMON way to tear your labrum but yet he somehow has "never heard of this injury". Did not care about my pain at all and put me in more pain. Spent 4 hours at the office waiting! Completely unacceptable. Also, he completely pulled my underwear down to administer a new numbing medication (that didn't work) without warning me and he didn't even need to because the area was BELOW my underwear. Will be 100% filing Title IX complaint against him. Worst doctor I have… EVER seen.

Avoid him at all costs. I came on time to my appointment and waited for over an hour to see him. His office staff treated me like a nuisance. They ignored me and were annoyed when I asked for a receipt for my co-pay. When I finally saw him, he said that my symptoms suggested that I might have a labral tear in my hip. After having an MRI done the next week, and waiting well over another week to hear the results, I called the office to see what was going on and if I needed to schedule an appointment for the results. His office staff has given me the runaround, telling me to call back on such-and-such day, telling me Dr. Dzwinyk would call me back. It has now been 3 weeks and I still don't know what's wrong with my hip. Meanwhile, I'm still in constant pain. At this point I don't know if I should continue to bother them or if I should start all over with another doctor.

I had double knee replacement. He allowed me the time I needed to get my affairs in order so that I could convalescence, recuperate and rehab efficiently. He helped me manage the pain and dysfunction of the knees until he replaced them a year later. I am a delivery man and My legs are now straight and in better shape than the rest of me. I am grateful. Great results and no complications!

I have been going to orthopedic doctors for almost 30 years and Dr Dzwinyk is hands down the best there is!

Had the displeasure of meeting Dr D in the ER at NW Community Hospital in AH. He was the Ortho on call. Attending for the ped ER. All I can say is, he is the first and only dr that I have fired during the course of care. Even the ER staff were embaressed by his behavior. For the pleasure he billed me a special "extended services" fee of $200 which was not covered by an insurance and after refusing to pay, sent me to collections and dinged my credit. Even if you have broken leg, run from this quack!

i cant believe this doctor. he is a horrible non caring man. scary bedside manner. very defensive. snobby. doesnt explain prognosis. doesnt follow up after surgery. shrugs his hsoulders alot. doesnt care for pain. its scary asking him a question and he will answer you with one word. wont help you understand your situation at all. i dont trust him. his staff is just as bad except for a man named eric (very nice) this doctor should be monitored as to how he treats his patients. you wont believe it until you actually have a visit with him. he doesnt explian with details recovery, prognosis or his ideas. very unprofessional and non caring and if you expect to have a comfortable relationship with your dr and have questions answered properly then DONT SEE THIS DOCTOR. trust me. read all the other reviews. there are alot of sites and i havent yet read a positive one.

Bad dr, stay away fromhim, he doesn't care to see you in pain, all he said was to do the excercies to strengthen the admominal muscles in my back and didn't think anything else would work, well this dr belongs in jail, he is a non caring sob.!!Stay away from him
