Dr. Jasmine Kimgoke Leong, MD

I have been a patient of Dr. Leong for over 10 years, she is the best doctor for me, I have never waited over 10 minutes after my appointment time.

Dr. Leong is the best Dr., but unfortunately her staff has the worst customer service manners. Will keep you on hold, won’t call in prescriptions, tells you it’s months before you can get an appointment. Every time I go in there, there’s not many patients, so hard to understand why it takes forever to get an appointment.

I was looking for a new primary care physician and she was highly recommended by a doctor friend of mine. I mad an appointment and went to see her. Dr. Leong is everything that my friend told me about her and even more. She took the time to go over my medical history with me and was very personable and thorough. I spent more time with her than I have with any primary care physician that I ever had. She is very knowledgeable. I cannot recomment her highly enough.Now I have my wife and my mother in law also coming to see her and they love her as well.

Dr. Leong is very caring and thorough. She is more than a doctor, she is a healer and you can tell she cares about her patients. She catches problems I wasn't even aware of. Couldn't be more pleased and feel fortunate to have her for my PCP.

The staff is very rude and does not follow like they promise to. In the last 24 hours we have been told 3 times some would call us back after holding on the for 15 mins + each time I call. I have to call on behalf of my grandmother because they won't help her and rush her off the phone.

Physician is excellent; staff is okay.

Does not return phone calls for request for appointments (staff?) and ignores prescription refill requests (staff?) meanwhile, I cannot get an appointment and have run out of "maintenance" prescriptions one of which is for high blood pressure.

I am 66 years old and have had health problems most of those years, including cancer. I have seen hundreds of different doctors and specialists and Dr Leong is most certainly my favorite. She has a great bedside manner, never rushes the appointment time and has a special gift for diagnosing your health problems.

She is just a fantastic doctor.
