Jasmine R Shaw took the most difficult time in my and my family’s life and made it even worse. I had neck surgery and the pain was excruciating. She abandoned me as a patient fresh after surgery because I asked her to get me a nurse because my chest hurt. She left me in pain so that my healing was slowed down by months. I was in so much pain I screamed for days. Traumatizing me and my children. I could not get up to go to the bathroom and I had to potty in a cup on the couch because it hurt too much to get up. The pain physically stopped me. I had no shower. I ate pudding and chocolate milk and water only. I screamed and moaned and cried for days and days. I did not get any sleep for over 7 days. I could not lay down. I could not even get into a position to lean back or lean sideways or anything. My son rubbed and rubbed my swollen feet and legs multiple times a day. I tried to put them up. I also tried to put massagers on them. I have 4 in total. We called and begged her and the… owner Dr Johnathan Clapp for help. However they would do nothing. By the time I was physically able to get into the dr again, I told them my leg was hurting. I went for a soon and found out that I had a blood clot and had to be put in blood thinners for well over 3 months. Meaning I also could NOT take any anti inflammatories to help heal. I use. Well over 150 bags of ice every single week trying to ice the swelling. For 2-3 months I did this. Because I could not take any anti inflammatories for 3 months my body got so mad and so swollen and here I am still on blood thinners from a Sep 9, 2025 surgery. It is Dec 22, 2025. I’m so tired of being in pain. And hurting and swollen from not being able to take any anti inflammatories. Jasmine and dr Clapp and Castle Rock hospital ignored every request I had. They just left me this way and lied to cover them selves. My kids are traumatized. My daughter said she could not ever take seeing me in pain again. She thought that is what it must be like when you hurt so much that you die. There is more to this story and I could go on. However, I already hurting badly and I can’t not put it all down here as my hands are still numb. But there is more. And since they ignored me, abandonment and permanently affected my body and family, I will be suing them. Do not use them. I also do not appreciate Jasmine violating Hippa and trying to turn everyone on the hospital floor against and have the staff be horrible to me from their lies.
