Doctor ran down the entire process to me, my options for surgeries, and exactly what to expect. Nurse also provided me information of what to expect for him to ask and things they may warn me about. I had already done research on the procedures but I appreciated this so I felt more prepared and like they cared about what was happening to me. Made me feel like they were knowledgeable and wanted me to feel confident in my decisions

I feel that the staff were very knowledgeable and Dr Bowersock was knowledgeable about my situation.

Surgery is a possibility, and Dr Bowersock was forthcoming with what that would entail.

Dr. Bowersock listened to me and answered all my questions and concerns. He's very knowledgeable, polite, and understanding.

Disrespectful

Arrogant, terrible bedside manner, does not like being asked questions, screamed at family with patient room door open so everyone on the floor could hear the patients medical issues(violated HIPAA)… because we asked too many questions I guess. Frustrates easily, inpatient. Felt like we were a bother to him. I do not recommend him to any family…. He made us feel terrible!

In my case he is not in any type of hurry to do surgery and he explained why thoroughly. He checked me daily and when you talk with him he keeps it in simple terms.
