Dr. Jason Michael Couture, MD

This is strictly my opinion and my personal journey experience being treated under Jason M. Couture: I transferred my care treatment from one care provider to his care and everything was fine until I became resistant to medication and Jason M.Couture had to make the determination to put me on a different regimen which made me sick and sicker. He informed me that he consulted with an outside Physician and received the greenlight to prescribe the medication to me. The medication had terrible side effects and I was referred to the same outside Physician who informed me that he did not give the greenlight and that he would never prescribe the old medication to any of his patients due to the horrible side effects. I am now suffering and being treated by a different Physician for neuropathy, which I never had before but now have. The Couture’s are quick to prescribe medication that does not address the root cause of your illness but our Band-Aids to the issue, which keeps you as an… ongoing patient to be treated by them. The Couture’s are referral base. They collect and analyze data that were referred out to different physicians/labs. Which means, if you have a serious or life-threatening illness, you would be referred to someone else for treatment as they only our data collectors and that is all they do. So if you have a serious or life-threatening illness, under their structure, which is referral based, you will make an appointment with them which takes several weeks, then you would need to make another appointment to the place that you were referred to which takes another several weeks, and then you would need to make another appointment to get the results, which again will take another several weeks. The processes in place could in fact be a deadly process for the patient. Also, the bedside manner of the office receptionist leaves a lot to be desired. To me, kindness goes a long way. Based upon my experience with the Couture’s and their referral base structure, I have moved on to a one stop shop where everything you need done is done on the same day. How wonderful is that!

Dr. Jason always explain the reason and treatment, give more than enough time to listen and explain. Great doctor.

Dr. Couture is one of the best. He explains everything and is genuinely concerned about his patients. Very compassionate, listens and takes his time, making his patients feel trust and very comfortable.

Worst staff ever, waiting 18 days for a specialist referrals and still not done, called for over a week and staff going in circles , we will call you back latter, we call you back tomorrow , dr haven't review your chart, and noting have been done,

First time seeing Dr. Jason Couture today. He has excellent bedside manner. Listens, explains thoroughly and answers questions, takes time and does not rush you. The only down side thus far was in getting an intake appointment.

Best doctor ever. Spends plenty of time letting you know exactly whats going on..he explains it and follows up. Even calls you after hours with results. Highly recommend.
