After graduating with honors from Lamar University - Beaumont with Bachelor of Science degrees in Biology and Nursing, he became an ER, CV-ICU, and Neuro Trauma RN for the Memorial Hermann Healthcare system.
Dr. Flores attended UT Dental Branch - Houston, graduating in the top 10% of his class. He was inducted into the dental honor fraternity Omicron Kappa Upsilon and was awarded the prestigious Horace Wells Award in Anesthesiology.
Dr. Flores completed his Dental Anesthesiology residency at the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine. His hospital-based medical anesthesia training encompassed all areas including general OR and obstetrics, as well as complex head and neck, pediatric, and regional anesthesia procedures. Having completed rotations in Internal Medicine and ICU, Dr. Flores is able to provide all …forms of anesthesia including deep IV sedation and general anesthesia to pediatric, special needs, and dental phobic patients.
Now calling the Houston area home, Dr. Flores resides with his wife, Amy, and children, Cortland and Avery. He enjoys fishing, teaching, traveling, and spending time with his friends and family.
