Had successful cataract surgery but had reaction to post surgery medication. Worked swiftly to resolve and find appropriate medication. Developed plan for next cataract surgery to avoid requiring these medications. Has regular system for consulting other physicians to confirm diagnoses and treatment plans. Listens. Cares.

I went to Dr. Gross with a painful left eye and had been a problem for about two months. He did not spend the entire time working on his electronic medical record’s and actually spoke to me and evaluated the problem. It was caused by some calcifications in the eyelid causing the eyeball to be irritated. That was removed on my first visit. I have not had one bit of pain since that time. Maybe it was an easy problem but it was a fantastic experience.

Dr. Gross was very professional, and quickly did my eye exam for the issue I was having. He came up with a game plan of treatment and followup, and he was a very nice guy. I am excited to have him as my eye doctor, since I know I've found a good one that cares.
