Dr. Jason Joseph Gutt, MD

Unfortunately, I chose not to stay for my appointment due to the unprofessional behavior of Dr. Gutt's front office staff. When a physician tolerates rude and incompetent conduct from their team, it raises serious concerns about the overall quality of care and management within the practice. Disappointingly, it seems this isn’t an isolated incident. After sharing my experience with a few friends, several of them recounted similar encounters—either personally or involving their patients. It’s unfortunate that such a reputation has developed in the community.

I would like to say this is a 5 star review because I like Dr. Gutt. What I don't like, however, is the total failure of his office staff to return phone calls. I visited his office about 3 months ago and was told that they would schedule a procedure. He told me to contact his office in a couple weeks if I didn't hear anything further. It is now late May and still nothing. I left voicemail for his office contact 3 times in that 3 month interval with no response. Very frustrated

My personal physician Dr James Records suggested Dr Jason Gutt to me when I was having ENT problems. Dr Gutt and his staff couldn’t be kinder or more respectful to me and I mean everyone that tested me. Dr. Gutt is by far the best physician I have ever had regardless of specialty. I had two cancer related surgeries and his concern for me as a person with reserve and fear was so genuine. His staff was always professional and quick to answer questions. I never had to wait for my appointment times and I never felt rushed. He made his own post-surgical hospital rounds which in my experience isn’t always the case. My husband and I can’t praise him enough!

I have been going to Dr. Gutt now for many years, I have excessive wax build up in both my ears so I go see him every 6 months to get my ears cleaned out. I learned the hard way about the do it yourself tricks, and I am the kind of person that doesn't like things going into my ears even water. I trust know one but him, he is very kind and talks to me like a regular guy he does not judge he is a blessing, Thank you Dr. Gutt!!!!!

Dr. Gutt is the best ear doctor I've had. I have lived in several places (both coasts & Florida) with many visits to an ear specialist and would highly recommend Dr. Gutt. I had ear surgery (twice) prior to moving to Indiana from careless ear wax removal creating a perforated ear drum. Dr. Gutt practices old-school techniques in a comfortable setting and cares about the patient. Not many of these guys left, highly recommend him~

Did not explain test, rush and done

Dr Gutt became our doctor after one of his associates retired. He is absolutely great, bedside manner, explanation and treatment. My husband has a rare situation dating years back. Dr Gutt took over a difficult case and I am sure my husband would not be alive at this time. We can't praise Dr. Gutt enough.

He is one fabulous doctor and I have now outlived two other otolaryngologists. He has performed many nasal surgeries on me and is HIGHLY skilled. He is kind, compassionate, patient, caring, and is willing to go the extra mile to make you comfortable to and fix your trouble. I am so lucky to have him. My previous surgeon- Dr, Walthall was awfully good and I was afraid I would never be able to find another one as good. But Dr. Gutt is even better. I am one lucky guy.
