He could have at least let me know that he no longer accepted Medicare??????? Now I no doctor!!!!!!!!!!! Not only that when I took my grandson to see him , I always got more scripts than he need. No bedside manners!!!!

Dr. Jason Hatcher is an excellent doctor, with a very professional staff. He has been as acurate at diagnosing my health problems as any doctor I have ever seen. When he is in doubt, he has the good sense to refer me to a specialist.

I see the reviews of Dr Hatcher vary a lot from the reviewers.My family has seen Dr Hatcher and his office for 6+ years now. Our experience has been great.Admittedly the wait has been long at times, but the care is very good and the staff has dealt with us very fairly.Hopefully the it is true that generally you only hear from the angry people and most happy people are never heard from as I hope for many more years of good care!

No bedside manner! Dr hatcher informed me that his profession was not a business and he did not consider my family as customers. This was told to me after his office had diagnosed our daughter with Lupis and I was expressing to him how rude a staff member was to my wife about her not listening to my wife about our insurance info and I made a statement about us being the customer. Also to top it off his staff memeber was wrong and later admitted it, because she would not listen to my wife.

The office manager was combative, acusatory, judgemental, disrespectful and extremely unprofessional. Her verbal assault was unleashed on a family member, not even the patient. As a professional in private practice myself; I am appalled at this person's attitude and lack of respect for others. The absolute WORST experience I've ever had in a professional setting. You can be assured that I will share my horrid experience with all of my fellow mental health and medical professionals. No one, and I mean NO ONE, should be subjected to that treatment under any circumstances. I shudder to think how this person would have treated the patient....I would not allow Dr. Hatcher OR his office manager to treat a stuffed animal.

The other reviewer seems to have had a horrible experience.I have been seeing Dr Hatcher and his ARNP for several years. While at times the wait for an appointment and the lobby wait seems too long the rest of my experiences with the nurses and doctor were very good.
