Steppin’ Up Physical Therapy was founded by Jason Hazelett in 2004 who has been providing physical therapy services in the Fort Wayne area, both in English and fluent Spanish, since 1998. 

As an avid health and fitness proponent, Mr. Jason Hazelett ensures that each patient receives a well-rounded approach to physical fitness with his extensive experience in Orthopedic Rehabilitation.
