I was very pleased with my visit. He explain my issues, and drew a picture to help me understand it to the fullest. He's very knowledgeable. Very pleasant. The wait was not long.

Dr Higgins performed arthroscopic surgery on my knee to repair a complex tear of the meniscus. Great job. Nurse staff was excellent. His office visit to evaluate the MRI before scheduling surgery was spot on. I was reluctant to have surgery because 20 years before (different doctor) I had the same operation done on the other knee. It took me at least six months to get better, after a week in bed after surgery. He explained, his surgery will not be the case. He was right. The day after surgery, I started walking with crutches. Vertically no pain ever. Within one week I was able to walk without crutches. Started Thearpy, and within one month I was back to normal. Great Dr and surgeon!.

I was very disappointed with my recent visit. After finish My therapy appointment in the office, I chain for my scheduled appointment and waited over an hour before being called back. At that point, I was told there is a glutton the system when patients transition from therapy to another appointment, which caused the delay. I hope this issue can be addressed to improve the patient experience going forward.

The staff were very polite and helpful. I did not feel rushed with Dr Higgins as he took time to ask me both personal questions and questions about my injury. Would definitely recommend to others.
