Dr Pourtaheri has excellent bedside manners and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. He followed up after surgery and I trusted him the whole way. I would recommend Dr P to anyone needing back surgery.

I sent my dad to him a little nervous because spine care in southern la can be sketchy. After meeting with him we decided to go with his practice instead of with a doc in new orleans. My entire family felt comfortable with him and my dad is already feeling better. Blessed to have him in the community. Excellent care.

I had chronic back pain for 15 years and tried everything for relief with no success. I was always reluctant to get surgery but went and saw dr p to see what he said as a last resort. I couldn't walk or play with my grandkids anymore. After talking to him about options he performed a microdisectimy on me a little over 6 months ago. My life has truly changed. At 64 I feel like I'm in my 30s again. I can play with my grandkids now. I give this doctor a five star rating.

Min invasive spine fusion was the best thing my family and I could have hoped for. Dr Pourtaheri and his team were very informative and assured me that minimally invasive was the way to go opposed to other larger surgeries with more recovery time. Unlike many doctors I feel like he has patients best interest at heart. I am able to function now.
