Excessive billing and Dr. Kim and staff never disclose how much they're gonna charge. They make you sign forms and provide evasive questions on billing and later send huge bill. File a complaint at CA department of insurance site.

He just wants money. He’ll insist on scheduling appointments just to go over test results that provide no new information and then doesn’t change treatment. Enjoy my copay, Doctor.

I usually don't write reviews but I was very impressed with Dr. Kim. I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer so I researched every ENT in the area to find the right doctor for me. Being told I had cancer at the age of 31 was one of the scariest moments of my life and I needed the right doctor to hold my hand through it. After reading good reviews online about Dr. Kim, I made an appointment. He was very thorough in answering all my questions. More importantly, I could tell he cared about my well-being. I also knew I was in good hands because I had learned that he is trained in microvascular surgery and also in plastic surgery (NOT every ENT has this background). So the day of my surgery came and it couldn't have gone smoother. There were no complications and my scar already looks like nothing. (Dr. Kim put the incision on a line that I already had on my neck so it will not show at all in a couple of weeks.) I'm now on the mend and looking for better days ahead. Like I said, I usually don't… write reviews but I wanted to help others who might be in the same situation as mine. Cancer is scary but when you have a good doctor, it makes it a little better.

I had to take out my thyroid and was very scared because I knew complications could arise with any surgery. My endocrinologist told me that Dr. Kim is the best in the area. Dr. Kim had great bedside manner and I did not feel rushed during appointments with him. Best of all, my surgery went great and I am so thankful I had none of the complications I was so worried about.

Dr. Kim is excellent. We had the unfortunate experience of needing his expertise when my daughter had cancer.Not only was he wonderful, his nurse Marlena is very caring and loving. I would and have recommended them!!

Had left side of my thyroid removed in fall of 2010. It was a total sucess! I chose this manner of surgery due to the fact that I scar quite badly. My body over heals itself. This procedure was perfect for me. The scar is under my left arm and totally out of sight. I am also currently being evaluated to have my right side thyroid removed and will be choosing Dr. KIM again. He and his staff are wonderful.
