Dr. Jason Seth Ledbetter, MD

Dr. Ledbetter has been my PCP since near the beginning of his practice. I am particular about the doctors I choose. Namely, they must not only be a very competent physician, but also have a good rapport (and sense of humor) with their patient. Dr. Ledbetter is great with his patients and will spend extra time with them, if needed. I have always been pleased with his care and his evident concern for his patients. His practice is efficient and thorough. The nursing/PA staff is also top notch too. I have not ever been in their spacious waiting room for more than 10 minutes. They built a new facility 2-3 years ago, which is well laid out. The waiting room seating is plentiful and comfortable. Parking can be a little tight at times, however they do have additional parking behind their building. They are located just a few blocks away from several major hospitals.

Dr. Ledbetter is a kind, compassionate and excellent internist. He spends plenty time with me and is always concerned about me. He only refers me to top-rated doctors if a specialist is needed. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Ledbetter and his staff are very professional, but sincere and concientious. My wait time to see him was not very long, although I had to wait several months to be seen as a new patient. But then, that is to be expected to see one of the best doctors in the area! Dr. Ledbetter made me feel at ease and during a routine exam was thorough and explained everything to me. In many years of seeing doctors, I am impressed with his bedside manner and would highly recommend him to others!

Dr. Ledbetter is a well respected Internist. He treats me and my family each as individuals. He considers our ailments and concerns high priority, and makes us feel that we come 1st. He is excellent with diagnosis and treatment.

I'm an RN and looked a long time to find a doctor like Dr. Ledbetter. I think he gives careful thought to the treatment of his patients and sometimes you may not like what he recommends and it may not be the easiest remedy but long term it's usually the best. He's not just a pill pusher. He actually presents you with choices and is agreeable with patient's ideas if thinks they're safe ideas. I have a lot of respect for him and have met several doctors who make comments about how knowledgable he is.

His compassion and professionalism is above reproach. He has great people working for him. You can call anytime, and they take care of you immediately, and get back to you right away. I am very happy with the service of Dr Ledbetter and his staff.

Getting an appointment is quick, usually 1-2 days, if I need to see him sooner they can work me in the same day but may have longer wait time in the lobby. Dr Ledbetter is very pleasant to talk to and spends time asking questions and examining me. Any outside X-rays or lab work are scheduled the same or next day. Since moving into their new offices, the parking situation has greatly improved.

Dr. Ledbetter has been our family doctor for close to six years now. Though he is still young (compared to me, at 71), he has (despite his heavy workload) that wonderful caring attitude you want to see in your physician. What I particularly like in him is that he tries to steer you away from unnecessary medication; this has served me very well.
