3 minutes agoNEW I will never go back to this office. The copay is too high for the service. Dr. Martin was nice enough, but his staff was extremely rude, boarding on unprofessional. The person sitting at the intake window was showed little concern for patient care, was abrupt on the phone, disregards patient questions, didn't provide and address to the location or floor number. When I inquired there was nothing less than rudeness on from that person. This person was so rude and ugly, I was surprised to see an LGBT inclusion flag in the office. It was shocking to me because how do you promote inclusion but provide disrespect to people outside of that community? I will NEVER return to this office because of that office tech! Never!!!! I made that appointment 3 months prior to my appointment date and am still experiencing stomach troubles, but mark my words, NEVER will I return to this business. Never!
