Dr. Jason Melnick is Board Certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and recently completed a two-year, accredited Pain Medicine Fellowship at the University of South Florida. He is currently a member of the Florida Society of Interventional Pain Physicians and is the newest addition to Somers Orthopedic Surgery.
After obtaining his Bachelors of Science degree at the University of Florida in 1992, Dr. Melnick earned his MD degree from Temple University School of Medicine in 2003 after transferring from New York College of Osteopathic Medicine. He went on to complete an internship and residency in the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the NY Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical College.
Dr. Melnick is looking forward to putting his extensive training and expertise to work in providing care for musculoskeletal and pain medicine patients.
