All nice in person, but charged me super exorbitant prices to do nothing for me. Made me get a $400 MRI at HSS so the results would be in house, supposedly, (yeah right) and was charged $400 out of pocket when an x-ray or ultrasound would suffice or I could have had an MRI at a cheaper place. They don't tell you any of the fees/out of pocket expenses upfront or what you will be paying. Then he just read the MRI results to me (like he didn't do anything before I stepped in, and told me to get a pair of ortho shoes, (which I was already wearing!) Useless. I'm the one who had to call for the follow-up because no one even shared the results and it's not posted on "my chart. And then wouldn't send me copies of the MRI films. Said I had to pay another $35 on top of the $400 out of pocket. Highway robbery! No wonder ppl can't afford healthcare and die from not being able to get treatment. I hope you enjoy a luxurious vacation while I'm eating ramen noodles.
