Dr Milligan and his staff are the most caring and compassionate people. From cancer to thinking you have panic attack’s, he will provide advice, treatment or referred you a specialist. They are family from the time you go in till you get your appointment from Taylor for next time. Best medical staff!!!

Dr. Milligan was very friendly yet professional. He asked questions and did not make you feel uncomfortable but listened.

Been seeing Dr. Milligan for about 4 years. Staff is great, no wait time and he is a very courteous person. That's where it ends I went t9 him for over 2 years for the same problem pain in my side and severe stomach cramps. He ordered very expensive tests, and for 2 years i suffered. Until it finally came to a point where I almost died went to Emergency Roomand on call made the diagnosis almost immediately appendix, my appendix did not burst but had turned gangrius. But i continued to visit him, recently he has started the referral game he set up referrals for everything and never makes a diagnosis or provide treatment. He made me 4 referrals in a 2 month time at the same time billing me for blood work and x--rays everytime I visit, so I said enough is enough and cancelled all the referrals then the quack dropped me as a patient. Good I had found me a better doctor anyway, who wants to spend 600-700 dollars above the normal fees every 3 months. Stay away from this quack, he will… treat you right to the grave.

This is the worst doctor I have ever visited. I was in severe lower abdomen pain and the only thing that they did was a CT scan and blood work. I was sent home still in severe pain with no medications to subdue the pain. I waited two days for the results of the tests. After I go ally called them to get the results they told me to come back in three weeks, and if the pain was that bad to go to the ER.

I moved to Dr. Milligan because I wanted a doctor that would aggressivly treat any illness I experienced, and one that was conveniently located. I told him that on my first visit. I have been seeing him for about 2yrs and have realized that he is way too conservative for my needs. When I am sick, I want the one, two punch, injections, meds, etc. Dr. Milligan, although a really nice guy, seems to have an aversion to giving shots or meds to quickly resolve the problem. I work for a living and cannot wait days or weeks to recover from illnesses like viruses, sinus infections, etc. When I am sick, I ned to get over it quickly. Recently I visited him and recieved a med that only made my condition worse. I also asked for a new prescription for a med that he had been prescribing for the last two years, yet they had no record of me using that med. I am now shopping for a new Dr.

By far the best Family Medicine physician that our family has ever had. Wait time is sometimes long but appointments are same day or near same day. Staff is excellent and helpful. We like our family Dr and dont plan on changing.

The school sent my son home with fever. Milligan refused to give an excuse for the days my son missed because he didn't think the fever was significant for an excused absence. I'm sure he thought it was significant enough to bill my insurance for the visit though. Milligan has treated my entire family since his practice opened. Service has gone downhill for the last 6 months. Stay away!
