Dr. Jason K Perkins

Hi, my name is Jason Perkins. I have a beautiful wife and two adorable children. My wife Tatum and I have been married since 2002.  Tatum teaches swimming, dabbles in photography, and makes women’s eyelashes long and beautiful. My daughter Matix is the oldest of our children and she is now 6 years old. Sawyer is the baby of the family at 3 years old.  I grew up here in Arizona as did my parents and grandparents. I have many great memories of building forts in the ‘once’ seemingly endless grove of citrus trees. I love Arizona and the history my family has here. I both appreciate and enjoy the time I spend with my wife and kids. We love doing anything and everything as long as we’re together. Some things we enjoy are camping, boating, fishing and just playing games together. We enjoy visiting our many family members here in Mesa!
Dentistry is my passion! I enjoy all aspects of dentistry but I most appreciate the change in my patient’s oral health and accomplishment I feel …from having my patients feel comfortable smiling. Excellence in dentistry begins with a careful co-diagnosis and treatment plan to establish the goals we will achieve together.  Communication and long-term relationships are important to me.  Let me know what is on your mind and ASK questions! Also, I knew growing up I wanted to make a change in people’s lives and what better way than help better serve my community. So naturally, dentistry was a perfect fit in that I could better my community by giving them beautiful teeth.
I attended Mesa Community College, Arizona State University for my undergraduate studies. I then attended University of the Pacific dental school, from which I graduated with honors and received awards for excellence.  I am a member of the American Dental Association, Arizona Dental Association and also a member of the Invisalign Study Club.  I am a caring, skilled professional, dedicated to simplifying what is often a very complicated and confusing area of health care.  I want all of my patients to be informed and knowledgeable about their dental health care, from treatment plans and services, to insurance coverage and financial assistance. I understand the financial stresses placed on many families right now and am considerate of that aspect during treatment planning.  I look forward to assisting you in achieving optimal oral health and a beautiful smile.
