Dr. Jason Philippe, MD

I was charged a co pay for an annual physical and should have not been charged according to my insurance. Unfortunately, my annual was filed as a partial annual and that other topics was discussed at my visit in November (which caused the copay and not awarding points for my insurance program). Although, these additional things were not discussed at my visit, we only discussed the labs. I have attempted to reach Dr. Phillipe office several times to resolve these issues, but they will not speak to me and keep referring me to billing. I have spoken to Alicia from billing, and she stated that Dr. Philipe would need to clarify what was listed on the chart during that visit. She stated she would call back, but I have not heard anything back. I have tried to call again, but you cannot leave a voicemail as if is full. I am not sure why these additional claims were made on my insurance for this visit, and they did not happen. Instead of the front office talking directly to Dr. Phillipe to… resolve this issue they keep referring me to billing-it is not a billing issue, the issue is what Dr. Phillipe stated we discussed in our visit. Unfortunately, I cannot get in touch with anyone to resolve this issue.

Dr. Philippe was very professional and attentive on my visit. Unfortunately, a lady named Nancy not so much after my visit. I waited an entire week for a prescription which never arrived at the pharmacy, went to see her at the office and left a message that I have not received medication as per Pharmacy. Medication was sent to pharmacy and Prior auth two weeks later not done for a Diabetes medication which she stated was told were not priority. This Lady Nancy said she had summited my prior auth when I had confirmed twice that it was not sent. I think is easier to be nice and say, I'm sorry I understand you need your meds, and I'll try my best to get it ready, but instead she was not all nice knowing I was right. Won't be going back unfortunately to that office. Specially if I'm not a priority.
