They couldn't verify my insurance while I was on the phone. I am sure they were putting my information wrong (name, number, and even the insurance provider's name). I insisted on emailing the photo of my insurance card to them so they could contact and validate my coverage (LIKE EVERYONE ELSE). Instead, the receptionist asked me to contact my insurance company and bring the hard copy of the insurance contract with the doctor in person to the office. The most ridiculous thing someone told me.

Dr. Phillips got me out of one of the most painful conditions I have ever been in. He was considerate and thoughtful and took my feelings into account. He gave me plenty of information and kept me informed going into my procedure and after. His staff were attentive and helpful, and provided an important part of my care. His follow-up plan has me confident I will avoid a recurrence. I can’t recommend him highly enough.
