1. They lost my son's referral. They remember seeing it and knew he was in pain but couldn't figure out where they put it. 2. Dr Picklemen did an exam and said that his symptoms just didn't add up. No offerings to explore further and dismissed us 3. Took my son to a nurse practitioner and She has done MORE than any Dr we've seen. Found a lump in my son's groin and has already gotten him scheduled for a CT scan today! She also did blood work that no other doctor did or even suggested. 3. Dr Picklemen also sees my dad no issues there but my dad's issue wasn't an uncommon problem. So not much effort was needed to resolve it. That's why we went to Picklemen bc we thought he was good. 4. Maybe Picklemen can only do simple things that requires little work or thought

Went for a visit had PSA drawn and it was normal 6 weeks later nurse called and said he wanted to do a biopsy......after 6 weeks? Guess he needed some Christmas money sheesh, I told her no and she slammed phone down in my ear. I will never go to Collom & Carney urology again.

will not return call in a timely manner. Billing department is a joke. They will over bill and make you jump through hoops to get refundnded. Staff is rude and argumentativ.

Don’t let this physician threaten and scare you. Always get a second opinion, he always leaves men incontinent and impotent as a way to secure business I guess.

Aggressive about surgery but his patients always have complications. If you want to be incontinate he is the doctor.

Brusque and uncaring physician, he does NOT and I mean NOT believe patients have an input in their health. He adamantly refuses to try medication first. I do not , nor will ever recommend him to anyone. Having said that most especially a female, he thinks all women are emotional hypochondriacs that need to toughen up. Guess what? Being tough didn’t make the bladder cancer go away.

Unless you enjoy pain and suffering stay away from this physician, I use the word physician loosely. He was bitterly disappointed my Father didn’t have cancer and wanted to continue biopsies, needless to say that didn’t happen. No matter how minor a problem is he feels surgery is indicated. Also he doesn’t even allow choices he schedules things without consent!

My sweet Aunt is suffering unnecessarily thanks to his self serving approach to her care. Last week she had a “procedure”, in the subsequent time she has been in excoriating pain, vomiting and running a temperature. For some strange reason she cannot reach his nurse, office, ect.....

My Mother almost died because of the care she received under this physician. He told her "all women get bladder infections, live with it". Subsequently she wound up septic and bleeding internally, her oncologist found her a different urologist rapidly. I do not recommend anyone but especially a woman see him being his attitude is healthcare exists for men.

Only wants to do "procedures"even when other options exist. If you have a procedure you will most certainly have complications that render you dependent on him.
