Dr. Jason D. Ross, MD

I have been under Dr. Ross's care for approximately 4 years and with NM Pain Clinic for 7-8 years. He is one of the most approachable providers at bedside. Dr. Ross and the nursing staff have been zealous advocates to enable myself to have a functional quality of life.

This was my first time visit with Dr. Ross. It was a great experience. The visit was on time and the visit lasted for over an hour. My visit started with an attendee who was thorough and asked questions and took the time to answer a lot of my questions. He was very attentive and really listened to my concerns. Direct eye to eye contact when explaining and answering all my questions. Dr. Ross then came in and immediately began to answer any additional questions I had. He was very thorough not only in his examination but in asking many questions and answering them honestly and with a clear explanation of the various processes. Great eye to eye contact in his explanations which is so important because it shows how much they are listening. They both were very attentive and made me feel at ease and very comfortable, great bedside manner.

Highly recommend, I have received three trigger injections from him, and he makes them virtually pain-free. I only have one word to use. He is the BEST,,,,very compassionate gets back to me through my chart, even on Sunday, which is quite impressive suffering from a chronic pain condition for over 10 years it is. Important to have a compassionate medical team, helping me Work in & through my Condition , Lydia R
