My Uncle, the late Dr. Russel Klein an emeritus Professor of medicine at LSU once told me that there were two types of practicing physicians. The first type was in the profession for monetary gain. The second was in it from their hearts . In my opinion, Dr. Rudd leaves all of us whom he has performed surgery, a piece of his heart through his healing hands. A very gifted and compassionate Surgeon. My healing process was minimal due to his state of the art robotic surgery. Within four weeks I was doing the Cupid Shuffle !!

Dr. Rudd performed my knee replacement and along with his experienced Physcial therapists I had a great recovery. Helpful and courteous staff as well.

His bedside manner was exceptional and he was efficient and fast yet interested in our questions. He gave excellent instruction on the injury and the plan of action for treatment.
