Dr. Jason Alexander Rupeka, DO

Terrible bedside manor. Spent more time on his Instagram than speaking to me about my treatment or concerns. Just had to get my treatment corrected by another BOARD CERTIFIED PLASTIC surgeon, which he is not. Save yourself the time and go to someone qualified

Especially the 2 women up front Tammy and Janell. They need new careers. The doctor was great but his staff leaves a bad taste. Even hearing them speak on the phone to other patients make you want to get up and walk out of there, but what's more disturbing is that the doctor is well aware of the tone and use of words these ladies use and it doesn't seem to bother him. You can be a great doctor but without a great staff behind you that knows how to treat your patients, you will fail. Its all about first impressions. And this one was by far not a good one. Not sure if I will be returning.

Everyone from staff to dr. Very nice in and out in a timely manner he takes time to listen and help

Dr. Rupeka is absolutely great .. However his staff is another story. The two women working there are not polite when answering the phone,taking messages,making appointments, giving test results. I have experience this more than few times.

I am newly back to the area and have had several physicians all over the country. Dr. Rupeka is the best primary care phys I've ever had.

Dr.Rupeka is a very caring and personal doc. He has helpled me tremendously and helped me to contunue to move forward in my life. I would recommend him to anyone who is in need of a caring physician.

Dr. Rupeka is the very best doctor whom I have EVER seen as a patient & I have unfortunately had to see several due to my health. I truly wish I had known him much sooner & years ago. He really takes his time with you during your office visits, yet there is no "talking down" to you, nor any of the "God complex". In addition, you feel as if he really cares, but simultaneously hear how extremely intelligent he truly is. Dr. Rupeka & his entire staff are always very respectful towards you & courteous. They also always handle everything in a timely fashion. If any of his staff does not live up to one or more of these standards, Dr. Rupeka wants to be told about it AND resolves the issue ASAP. Dr. Rupeka is excellent in EVERY possible way, although I have had to omit the majority of this information in this tiny review due to the lack of time & space. In a nutshell: you will never want to see another doctor once you have met with Jason Rupeka, D.O. of Warren, Ohio. Every single other… person whom I have ever spoken with & that also sees Dr. Rupeka, will tell you all of these same wonderful things---AND MUCH MORE.
