I’ve been a patient of Dr. Scopp for the past 15 years. He is not only one of the most well respected orthopedic specialists in the region but his knowledge and compassion are only matched by his pragmatism. I’ve been involved in athletics all my life and Dr. Scopp is someone that takes the time to lay out options and likely outcomes in an honest/frank yet compassionate manner. They simply don’t get any better.

I had shoulder surgery done at the POA Surgery center by Dr. Scopp. My experiences there, as this is my 2nd surgery performed there, have been wonderful! I have full confidence in Dr.Scopp and the staff is great. Everyone is knowledgeable and friendly and I feel comfortable there. Dr. Scopp explained everything to me before and after the operation. I highly recommend anyone who needs surgery to consider POA.

Dr. Scopp is easy to talk to and answered all my questions. I have had him as my surgeon for a knee operation that went really well and I have fully recovered. I’m probably looking at a shoulder surgery now and am fully confident in Dr. Scopp and his ability to get me better.

Dr. Scopp is an excellent surgeon, in 2017 he repaired my right rotor cuff and did an excellent job. Then this year 2022 I managed to do major damage to my left rotor cuff and bicep, again Dr Scopp did excellent surgery and repaired both, I highly recommend Dr Scopp and am very pleased with with both of the surgeries he did for me.
