The first visit was great. Dr. spent time with me, answered all my questions. Procedure was done at N.W...staff was great! Follow up visit with Dr. Smith, I felt was a little hurried. Didn't get all my questions answered. Had to keep calling the nurses back to get answers.

My biopsy was cancelled twice, the last time without notice.Staff lied about leaving a message as neither landline or cell voice mail had any message from them.It's been one fib after another like being told (on each cancellation).I would have come out there for nothing had I not called today to verify the appt. Whoever heard of a urology clinic that didn't have a biopsy machine and had to rent one over and over (this excuse was given the first time they cancelled and rescheduled).The doctor is a nice enough guy, but I can't gamble with my life due to his awful staff (I already have one cancer, you'd think putting off the biopsy would be the last thing they'd do...especially twice.Avoid this practice.
