Dr. Jason Wyatt Todd, MD

Tired and suceeded in getting as much money out of me and my insurance. Wanted unnecessary visits and tests and would not talk without them. About 10,000. Long story short his practice manager is now involved into checking into his charges. Do not be taken by this doctor. Ask fo charges ahead of time and do your homework to see how sleep tests are administered so you are informed.

I went to this doctor for a sleep problem. He was rude, flippant, and obnoxious. He laughed at the notes that I made, and made me feel like I was nobody, and that what I was going through didn't matter. Then he moved away, and left me in the care of nobody. He left incomplete notes, that my primary care doctor has been trying to decipher, and figure out what he was doing with me, making the care and treatment for my disorder incomplete. This is the worst doctor I've ever been to in my entire life. I wouldn't recommend this doctor to my enemy.

I went to Dr Todd after being moving here from another area. I had a great neurologist so I was so surprised to get the kind of treatment that I received from Dr. Todd. Although I had records and test from my other doctors, Dr. Todd told me "I don't care what those test say, I trust my people and their results". In pain and still not understanding this doctor's superior inflated ego. Went to him three times to try to see if it was me or just what it was. My primary care doctor told me not to go back to him. Thankfully I got away from him with my sanity intact.

I am extremely dissapointed with my care from Dr. Todd at the Concord Location. He doesn't seem to care about his patients. It seems like if you have RLS, it's beyond his realm of knowledge. He's constantly contradicting himself. One visit he'll say MRI's and EMG/NCV (nerve studies) are not necessary since no signs of nerve damage on the physical exam were present, then the next visit or phone call, he'll suggest the same expensive tests he said weren't needed. He either doesn't take notes on his patients or doesn't take time to read the notes. His nurses never return calls. If you need a prescription refill, you need to start two weeks in advance. He doesn't understant when I tell him my RLS is getting worse. He ignores anything I say. Seems like he's on auto-pilot, reading a script. I was afraid I would run out of my prescription medicine before my next appt. Tried to move up my appt and couldn't because they were filled. Dr. Todd was on vac. Nurse called Dr. on call. Dr on call… wouldn't help. When Dr Todd came back from vac., his answer to the nurse (5 days later) was to suggest that he refer me to an "Academic Sleep Medicine Dept, maybe Duke or Carolina" . I reminded her the reason for the phone call and she said she would ask Dr Todd and get back to me. 3 days later (total of 8 days so far) I had to call back to see if he had responded and the triage nurse looked up the notes and read that Dr Todd would discuss this at my next appt. Sounds like a Dr who has no understanding as to how to treat RLS and has no empathy for those who suffer with it. I think he's burned out and no longer cares about his patients. Just cares that he continues getting that paycheck.

Dr. Todd is an excellent doctor. He is the first doctor to find a solution to my restless leg issue. I have suffered from childhood with this problem, now I have no problems with the constant urges to move my legs or arms. He has correctly diagnosed some of my other sleep issues and taken corrective measure to improve the quality of my life. I am so glad we moved to this area and started going to him for care.

Dr. Todd has done a wonderful job helping me with my bi-lateral neuropathy. He is one of the few doctors out there who actually care about their patients. He spend over 30-45 minutes talking with me about the options I have for treatment, testing the muscles in my arms throrouly, And he spend a few months figuring out the perfect medications to stop the incredible nerve pain. I couldn't think of a better neurologist.

The office staff is terrible and in my opinion Dr. Jason Todd is the worst Dr. in that clinic that I have met! If you ask him questions concerning your health,he will ignore you! His attitude is absolutely disgusting and he doesn't seem to care about his patients!
