Dr. Jasper Estein Liu, MD

Our family sees Dr. Liu. We find him to be a highly intelligent, knowledgeable, friendly and caring doctor. He does tend to talk a little fast, but nothing too difficult to understand. Given the short time we have with each appointment, we'd rather he say more than less. Perfect doctor for our family.

Terrible, Terrible experience The only reason I saw him was because my Dr wasn’t available He spoke over me, wouldn’t let me speak, he made racists remarks, the old textbooks are from old white guys, and decided I was having withdrawal symptoms instead of me going through my hot flashes. He also told me I didn’t need to be on my anxiety/depression meds. That I should just stop He also spoke non stop like he was on something

This doctor talks over you, dismisses concerns, rude and sarcastic. Will not ever book appointments with him again.

I recently saw this dr. And he wouldn't even allow me to speak and explain my chronic symptoms. He spoke over me, didn't care what I had to say and I basically left his office in tears What a disappointment!!!

Dr. Lui always was professional and cheerful. He was always reminding me to take my medication as directed.

A very personable and positive individual. I am surprised at the amount of time he spends with me. It bothers him to be unable to spend the time with the patient. I have had nothing but favorable exchanges with Dr. Liu. I would recommend him to anyone.

Didn't even come in the room. Left me setting there for 45 minutes. Finally left without seeing him as he was laughing and joking with someone in next room.

Most doctors including the ones I work for do not follow up after visit unless it is regarding labs. I always get follow ups from holistic or functional medicine doctors . So you cannot blame lui for not doing this. They always follow up with labs and even tho my labs aren't always perfect we both know why my inflammation markers are so high so there's no reason for him to say my labs aren't normal when he calls. He does not judge you and he doe s spend at least 5 minutes in the room with me every visit. He listens to my problems and always ensures I get a referral and meds I need . His MA 's (administrative) are not very friendly and make the same mistakes. I would recommend lui

Dr Liu is an excellent, well trained physician. He really knows his stuff, and he follows up with problems. He answered my questions very succinctly. He does tend to talk very fast, which I think some people may find off-putting, but he thinks very fast and probably cannot help that. Anyway, if you listen to him and take his advice you will find him to be a very good doctor.

He was an OK doctor for me when I basically needed someone to write or renew prescriptions for meds that my previous doctor had already figured out.I eventually found he was not OK for me when I started having new ailments. I found that he was not proactive in making referrals and his own diagnosis was not been completely accurate.
