He specializes in treating a broad range of chronic and acute pain issues, including back/neck/joint pain, sciatica, spinal stenosis, and musculoskeletal pain. His expertise also includes peripheral and spinal cord stimulation and other minimally invasive procedures to treat spinal problems, joint and neuropathic pain, and complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS)/reflex sympathetic dystrophy (RSD). These therapies include the MILD procedure, radiofrequency ablation, epidural and joint injections. Dr. Joshi takes a multidisciplinary, patient-centered approach that integrates advanced medical technologies, evidence based procedures, physical rehabilitation, and complementary therapies. He works closely with referring physicians to create individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.
