Dr. Baxi was an excellent listener. He spent time discussing my previous diagnosis and brain surgery to have different solutions for my pain compared to previous doctors. He found where my current pain was radiating from and provided care, he also sent me to physical therapy. After 6 weeks I was feeling much better and can now sleep better too!

Looks like my experience wasn't the same as the other reviewers. I felt that many of the patients waiting with me or walking out were more or less disappointed with his ability to communicate, amount of time spent with me and the office/doctor didn't follow up with results and scheduling as promised. Based off the other reviews it seems like he was knowledgeable about their conditions, but not in my case. It felt more like he was just saying some complicated stuff so that I wouldn't understand or pick up on it. I was hoping for a better experience than this... unfortunately not.
