Not helpfull at all

Talks down to his patients even though he’s built like a junior high school kid. Hard to understand and not sympathetic. One of Pittsburgh’s finest. Another hillbilly.

I have numerous medical issues that contribute to my mental health issues. He didn't bother to research a rare medical condition and didn't acknowledge how much the medical issues impact me. Just told me I had to accept them. Also when I complained I wasn't doing well all he did was add another med and/or increase the other. Didn't really investigate what was going on or why.

This man refused to help me, explain my diagnosis, tried to push another diagnosis on me, made no adjustments to my education, let me suffer for two years while blaming my psychiatric problems on other issues, made me feel like I was making up my symptoms, suggested I was just using him to get drugs and needed to work on my skills rather than consider medication changes. I have never had a worse experience with a doctor of any kind in the entirety of my life

He is rude, unhelpful, passes blame onto client, unwilling to try new or different medications, tells you your diagnosis is meaningless, and treats you with no respect. I suffered for years while he sat back and blamed me. Find another doctor and spare yourself the agony.

Dr. Babbar really seems to care. He remembers details of our previous visits and always pays close attention to our conversation.

He posses great patience and insight. Although his primary endeavor is psychiatry, he has deepened my understanding of health in general. I highly recommend him.
