In an era where public feedback is most often Negative on Any Issue or Individual, I want to use this opportunity to pass along the Highest Positive Praise for This Physician. Dr. Masoud is perhaps the Finest Doctor that I have ever been acquainted with ! In the past, He cared for My Mother - years before Her Death - in a thorough and compassionate fashion ... and has extended the same excellent care for Both My Father and I in these past years as well. I must say ... This is One Exceptional Human Being - Mind. Heart, & Soul ... and I am Exceedingly Grateful to have Him for My Doctor and have had Him for My Parent's Doctor - as well. ( And I recommend Him to Anyone & Everyone - every chance I get. ) In a very delicate and trying time caregiving Parents these last many years, He has guided Us through Our Challenges in Constant First-Rate Professional Care coupled with Immense Concern and Compassion. Also, personally-speaking ... He has not only attended to my health concerns… in my stressful role as a caregiver these last seven-plus years; but also offered Me considerable guidance and support in His Role as a Doctor; but I am left with the added bonus of feeling - that even as a Professional Acquaintance - that He is also "A Trusted Friend". In closing, may I lastly say that I believe Him to Be an Incredible Glowing Asset to His Profession and The Human Race. And I consider Him One of the Most Brilliant, Kind, Capable, and Respectable Men I have known in the entirity of My Life. Bravo, BRAVO !!!

Excellent service. My family and I have been coming to Dr. Masoud for years. He is very compassionate, attentive, and caring physician. He provides the best bedside manner I have ever seen and I plan to continue coming as his patient.

Dr. Masoud is a wonderful and attentive doctor. He is extremely knowledgable and caring. He stays informed on current trends in medicine and diagnostics and he also educates his patients on how to best manage their health. He has a fantastic new staff who are very warm and inviting. They made me feel like they truly cared about my needs as a patient. He also has opened an additional location which makes it more convenient for me and my family. I am grateful that practitioner like Dr. Masoud is available in our area.

Caring doctor, but staff has no business touching people. I dont think they have had any education...and they have no credentials posted anywhere for verification. Everyone has a diffrent job title every time I come in. One day they are a recptionist, a month later they are a nurse, next month billing manager, and so on. Sorry, only people who have been to school get to put needles in me and my family.

Doctor was very nice and attentive. Entire staff was rude. The usual nurse that usually takes care of meis not there anymore. I could hear the insurance woman yelling at someone on the phone while I was waiting in the room. Don't think I will be going back. Does anyone know of a good doctor with a caring staff close to Burlington or Graham?

Dr. Masoud is a fantastic doctor with a warm and caring demeanor. His receptionist and nurse are two of the nicest people you will ever meet. Lisa is very caring and if you need an appointment, she will get you in the same day. Mandi is an asset to Dr. Masoud. She is warm, bubbly and takes good care of my whole family. She always has a smile on her face. The office manager, however, is a different story. Kenra is extremely rude and hateful. She told several patients that is the "law" to come in and get test results and insists that patients make unneccesarry visits. She does not have any info to back these claims up and says she is "too busy" to look up information becuase she usually just got back from vacation again. If Dr. Masoud would get a new office manager, his office would be perfect. I will keep seeing Dr. Masoud because he is such a good doctor. Hopefuly he will keep his staff and get a new manager.
