Though the doctor's care is effective but they let us stay close to 3 hours in the waiting room before Dr. can finally come in to the few minutes assessment .

Excellent doctor but office staff are discourteous and rude.

The staff is horrible. We have gone to see Dr. Javier and Catherine for years and now are just so fed up with the unprofessional staff that we are switching. They are great doctors. The staff is atrocious.

I was honestly surprised to see Dr. Flores with such a low rating. The wait times vary, depending on the day and how many patients he has, but the waiting is comparable to just about every doctor I've seen. Dr. Flores takes his time addressing any concerns you might have, and he's very detailed in telling you what you need to know about what to expect with your child's development over the next few months. Javier and his staff are friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and, most important of all, great with kids! I feel very fortunate to have found him, and I would recommend him to everyone I know.
